Who bought their tickets for HAMLET??

I usually don't get this crazy excited for shows, but it's my favorite Shakespeare piece (and, arguably, the best play ever written) and one of my favorite actors in one place. So, needless to say, I've essentially been counting down the minutes until July 18th to buy my tickets.

Who else has bought their seats? I'm seeing the second preview (September 13th, 3pm) from Mezz. Row L, Seat 108. Soooooo excited!!

(I feel like a total loser for making this a thread but I'm so excited.)

You bought the ticket the moment they went on sale and that's the seat you got?

He probably wanted the $25 tickets, which are rows J-L of the mezzanine.

I'm waiting 'til the next I'm in the city to just buy my ticket at the box office to avoid those fees, but I'm pretty excited too.

Yeah I got the $25 seat. I love HAMLET and Jude, but I love having money more.

I tried to buy the ticket through telecharge, but the best seat was M or N row in center orchestra. Other seats A to K rows have been already sold?

colorthehours I will see you there! I got seat 107 row L for the same day. it was the first time I used telecharge's new mobile site. worked very well for me with wifi.

I am waiting for Nathan Lane to do it. Once you have seen Olivier do it (even on film) why bother with anyone else.

Got my cheap seats! It's a great intimate theater, so the rear mezz is a great seat. Anyone think this may get overshadowed by that little Hugh Jackman show going on.

I don't think it'll be overshadowed. Jude Law is as big a star as Hugh Jackman and he's in a well-known show.

When it finally gets there, I want a full comparison report from anyone who also saw the Shakespeare in the Park production the other year. I may be completely devoted to the memory of the RSC production, but I'm still jealous you guys got Lauren Ambrose as Ophelia. <3 <3 <3

In London, the production ran 3 hours, 10 minutes.
