I got a lovely note from Chita Rivera in the mail today. I had written to her after seeing "The Dancer's Life" and said how fab it was, especially as someone who aspires to a career in the theatre, and it was just such a surprise that I got something back considering the touring schedule.

So, yeah. I'm pretty happy about it.

I also wrote to Bebe Neuwirth, but nothing back yet. Here's hoping.

I'm going back to NY between March 30 - April 4. I really wanted the Drowsy cast to sign my playbill that I got when I saw the previews of the show last year. But now with Bob leaving I won't get there in time. So could I send my playbill up there adressed to the entire cast or should I just send it adressed to Bob? Has anyone gotten anything back from him?

I mailed John right after he started with Beauty and the Beast - so like the middle/end of November. It took about 3 months. But he seems to be responding to mail so it is worth a shot.

Anthony3 - it took Kendra nearly a month to respond. The reason for that is well i'm from the UK, I sent her a letter on 9/2/07, it took 3-5 days by Air-mail and also to send back. I had a response from her on Wednesday. I think it must have been a month aswell because of her busy time with 6 or 8 performances and that she probably gets quite a quantity a week.

It would be maybe less than a month for you possibly because youre in the USA so you could get something from her pretty quick.

Has anyone written to Heather Laws? I'm just amazed by her performance on the Company Cast Recording, and I really want to write her...

Did anyone ever end up getting a picture from Bob Martin? Or just a playbill?

I got a playbill today signed by Laura Bell Bundy. I was really excited because I wasn't expecting anything because she was in SF. I was happy.

Just had a signed photo from Michelle Federer :) Took about a month to get something from her

And just a few days ago I had a signed card from Alec Baldwin. Took him about a year to respond
