Wow that was a phenomenal performance. The energy in the theater was out of control. The audience gave NPH a standing ovation after Sugar Daddy. And were cheering for him, loudly, all night.

I missed the David Burtka kiss because I was in the mezzanine and couldn't see down into the orchestra. He also kissed a guy on the front row and motorboated a woman.

Yes, it can get annoying to have teenagers (and non teenagers) fangirling over shows, but the way crowds have bee lately for the show makes me think there's much life left in the show post-NPH. At least I hope so.

NPH and Lena Hall left about 15 mins ago (crap phone died).

To the others who were there tonight: Did NPH almost fall off the car in the beginning or was that part of the act? I don't remember that the first time around. Still worked either way

Also, good thing Yitzhak took the cord out of the car trunk before Hedwig jumped on the car hood! Again - it worked!

Some things I learned tonight on second viewing:

Sit at least 6 rows back. 3rd row is too close because you're looking up and it hurts your neck (until the booze kicks in HA :).

Do not even look at your phone *before* the show starts! I was checking a text before the show started and I still got *flash-lighted* by the phone police LOL.

Sutton Ross: show ended around 9, but we had to leave the theater via the very sloooow crowd, go to bathroom and find a perch outside!

Wish I could have been there. Glad we went on Thursday. Hats off to all those who did the SRO this week. It was nuts. We waited 18 hours on Thursday and it was really a ton of fun. Just glad I got to see him one last time.

Just got home and just wanted to let y'all know I WON THE LOTTERY at 5pm!!!!!!!!! I still couldn't believe it. We sat in left orchestra 10 rows back by the aisle and had a great full view of the show and the left box. The girl who won behind me got the box seats that Hedwig talked to but hey I was happy just to be there! :)

One thing I noticed that didn't happen in any previous showing I've seen is that the GHOST FINALLY APPEARED at the very end, in priestly attire of course!

I'm still shaking. As I always say, you gotta be in it to win it! This was my 53rd time and finally won. :) I'm still in disbelief. It was great to see JCM in the audience. The first bway show I ever saw was The Secret Garden when my family visited NYC back in the early 90s. **still smiling**

Well thankfully NPH seemed to enjoy the cheering. No one yelled anything out at him, we just cheered for his spectacular singing.

And yes, he almost fell in the very beginning jumping off the carvNd then I think he slips while walking down the windshield.

Congratulations Wick3! I forgot about the ghost. Yup! That was a first also. I was so focused on JCM (who is beautiful BTW in person. He would still be pretty as Hedwig in his 50's).

Also, many of the people outside after the show didn't know who Stephen Trask was when he left the theater. They were so focused on NPH. I wanted to yell at them, "Do you know the guy who just walked pass you? He wrote all the lyrics/music for Hedwig!!" The few people in the know gave him his props though. He smiled and appeared to appreciate it

I don't blame you for focusing on JCM. I saw him too but was too far away to say hello. In fact, the first broadway show I ever saw was the Secret Garden & I still remember JCM as Dickon (hence my name comes from the song "Wick")

At final shows, a lot of people record the final curtain call. Many shows have taken to posting it themselves on their websites, too. He was just the first one to post them.
