Who should play Nicely-Nicely Johnson in Guys and Dolls?

Ok so this is one of my favorite characters and he has a great song at the end. So who should play him? So many good choices. Discuss.

This will never, never, never happen in a million years, and in terms of vocal style, it's a terrible idea, but...

Michael Ball. Sorry. Just had to say it. He's funny, he's appropriately rotund for the role, and he does a pretty good version of "Sit Down, You're Rocking The Boat."

I think NPH would be a wonderful Benny, but as Nicely? He's just too small and slight.

Another for Ernie Sabella. He was in the 1992 revival, but he didn't play Nicely. He might be too old though.
