She was 11 when I took her to Tarzan, so since she's now 18, she can (and does) go everywhere without me.

TLM had some enjoyable thing. HATED the Heelies and the costumes and the sets... but most of the cast was great.

Tarzan was 10 minutes of some of the most creative theater I have seen. But it is the first 10 minutes, the rest of the show SUCKED. Again great cast. BORING SHOW.

Problems with The Little Mermaid, which is set under the sea, that the show would be dry.

They should of filled the Lunt Fontanne with water and given patrons a set of flippers and a 2 1/2 hour oxygen tank.

^^ LOL. The audience members could just sit on dolphins instead of chairs. If they catch you with a cellphone then its the pit of sharks for you.

In TLM's defense, it has one of the best act 1 closing numbers. Then it all falls apart... I don't even like the cartoon's second act.

Tarzan's opening scene (though it begins rather abruptly) was incredible. It stopped right after that.

@darreyl102, Love the gif lol.

I really don't find mermaid to be that bad. I actually liked the new songs added in ( Besides the Bird's songs). The set was bad but the Cast was great and there were some really great moments in it like the Shipwreck scene.

"Tarzan and The Little Mermaid" is a terrific story and should make an equally fine musical. I still cry when Cheetah and Jane drown trying to rescue Tarzan.
