I checked on the Lincoln Center website today and found this radio commercial for Women on the Verge that seems to feature a bit of the show's music. I didn't see it posted here before, and it said it was released today, so I thought I'd post it. It sounds like fun!
Women on the Verge Radio Commercial
I love the commercial. Just love it, love it, love it.
Oh wow, that was just fantastic. I love it!!!!
It sounds incredible! I cannot waitt!
Patti definitely has a face for radio. :p
This music sounds like great Yazbek! Cannot wait to hear more- I would love to see this show be a knock-out hit!
That was strange. I'm for it.
I frequently forget it's a musical, and think it would work fine to great as a straight, slapstick-y play
I ham on de verge ov aha trip to New York after that wan.
The music at the beginning of the commercial gives me goosebumps.
That music's got a good mambo beat...You can dance to that!
I'm still creeped out when I hear "Gazpacho, anyone?"
Gathspacho, anyone? The music gave me Harold Arlen-type goose bumps. I have a feeling this could be a one of those scintillating scores that carves out a unique place for itself.
Who says Gazpacho, Anyone?
The beginning reminds me of SEX AND THE CITY

AHHH LOVE!!! I CANNOT WAIT TO SEE IT
OK, that sounds hot. I can't remember when I've been more excited for a show (and to see it in the new Belasco)!
I think MBP or Nikka said "Gathpatcho, anyone?"

There's a definite resemblance to THE FULL MONTY.
That's a good thing.
So. Excited. It sounds fantastic!
And who does the screaming?

They had me at "Brian Ehstokes Mitchell..."
I think that's Sherie saying "gazpacho anyone?" i believe her character is the one who makes the gazpacho.
