Why feel bad for this person? She is committing fraud. I have to worry about her feelings when she is selling crap to unsophisticated theater enthusiasts? Gimme a break. I do wonder that eBay allows her to continue when she consistently takes money from customers and doesn't deliver anything.

There is no reason to feel bad for this person at all. If I hadn't come across this thread and just saw her listings with the immaturity they show, I would not want to bid or buy anything from this person.

I'd like to see the unrated version of what she sent you. I actually went through last night and reported to Ebay her fake Spiderman and the fake Wicked flyer. I did not see them up when I was checking out all her other items.
I would have been cautious because on her Rock of Ages playbill it says shipping is within 5 days of clearance, and for out of the country PayPaling or when the person sending money is not sending it from a direct PayPal account but rather a bank, this can take a few days. Already you're looking at 8-10 days. Then her estimated delivery date is 15-16 days after shipping...so at this point it's been an entire month and you haven't received the item. As her recent feedback indicates, along with early feedback, this has been a regular problem with her. 2 months and no item. Her feedback also shows a buyer's complaint when he discovered signatures were forged.

If she wants to make this right the only way is stop selling fake merchandise as authentic and reimburse anyone who was duped.
She's stealing and, as wonkit said, committing fraud. Both of which are criminal activities.
