It's not. The libelous threads consisted of stuff along the lines of "____ died, let's party!" and "____ is high and stupid."

No, this isn't one of those obnoxious threads that flooded the board overnight. There's nothing libelous (or criminally libelous, which doesn't exist in every jurisdiction) about stating the names of the band for the show.

Anyway, on a related topic, I hope they augment the band when they record the CD...

jsg03jd, how do you think they should augment the band? I think they sound pretty great, creating a much richer sound with the songs than ELO ever did.
