It's not. The libelous threads consisted of stuff along the lines of "____ died, let's party!" and "____ is high and stupid."

No, this isn't one of those obnoxious threads that flooded the board overnight. There's nothing libelous (or criminally libelous, which doesn't exist in every jurisdiction) about stating the names of the band for the show.
Anyway, on a related topic, I hope they augment the band when they record the CD...

None of which some of the people who were banned (including the starter of this thread) condoned or participated in.
And that's what's pissing me off about this whole situation.

jsg03jd, how do you think they should augment the band? I think they sound pretty great, creating a much richer sound with the songs than ELO ever did.
