One of my early Christmas presents was a ticket to see The Bodyguard at Paper Mill. Today I got the coffee table book for The Great Comet! I also got money that will be going towards seeing a couple shows!

I got some TKTS gift certificates! Haven't had one in a few years - the last time I used one for $100 to buy one ticket, they gave me back the difference in cash. Do they still do that?

I got "Finishing The Hat" by Stephen Sondheim. Last month, I got "Look I Made a Hat" for a birthday present, so I'm happy I could complete the set!

I got tickets to Dear Evan Hansen (!!!!), some Lights of Broadway trading cards, a Playbill 2017 calendar, the new book "Show and Tell" by Ken Bloom, and I guess this is theatre-adjacent, but copies of "War and Peace" and "Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats."

I also got "Show and Tell" by Ken Bloom. Additionally, I got sheet music for Ragtime, the American Psycho cast album, and a puzzle featuring the artwork of a bunch of shows.

I got MYSELF a bunch of Phantom collectibles (Playbills, etc.) on Ebay.
I bought the family tickets to The King and I, at the Hollywood Pantages.
There's still time for more from my husband -- this is only the second night of Chanukah.

I last used them in June, bu, as of then, they still gave back change for gift certificates in cash. I was expecting to lose the $20, but they gave me the change without me asking.

My bf gifted me "Nothing Like A Dame" book - about all Broadway divas. I gave him closing night performance tickets to The Color Purple. Pretty sure I won (he cries everytime he listens to the revival cast album).
Caption: Every so often there was a rare moment of perfect balance when I soared above him.

Interesting set of theatre related gifts this year!
Bush is Bad, Lazarus and Naturlich Blond on CD and vinyl releases of the Hairspray OBC, the Hairspray Soundtrack and the On Your Feet OBC.
Not to mention the Anna Nicole Smith Opera on DVD!
