I think you'd want to go to PayPal and file a claim there too. I'm not sure if you're credit card company would do it.

I had the same thing happen. When I ordered it from Paypal, it came up as my old address so I had to e-mail them and I got a response back within 20 minutes saying that it was changed.

I ordered mine at 12:04pm (I literally went to the website at 11:55 and kept hitting refresh until I was able to buy the album). I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation nor have any of my inqueries gone answered. I'm aware its a mom and pop operation but you can't let all customer service got out the window because someone dropped the ball.

Just thought I'd add (I know i can edit, but that wouldn't bump the thread and you'll all be interested in this I think) that I received my tracking information. The package shipped from California yesterday, and is due to arrive at my apartment in NYC around 10:30 a.m. on Monday (11/12). So at least they are expediting the shipping at no cost.

I just got mine. Damon did a great job with this. And talk about mom and pop, he shipped it himself. I have a great deal of respect for the man.
