I sent a not so angry email and it will be shipped in 24-48 hours. I'm o.k. with that. Just glad to get a response. I was told it was because I had changed my address.
I got my shipment confirmation today and I ordered it late at around 3pm/5pm eastern on the 31st so I would assume everyone else will be getting their e-mail very soon.
I've been just as patient as the next guy, but when people who've ordered hours after me are getting their CDs before me, it kinda angers me, and I have been very calm through this whole process.... I ordered at exactly 3:00est, maybe got done with inputting all the information at 3:02. They certainly don't believe in first come, first serve there....
Can someone provide me the e-mail address that I apparently need to contact to get my CD shipped to me? Since, so it seems, THATS the only way to get your order processed?
Thanks in advance!

I just sent an email to Daniel (keep in mind it wasn't even that angry) and he refunded my money and told me he doesn't have a cd for me anymore.....lol.
He also told me that it was the "unhappiest email they've received in this process."
Geez...someone must be on their period today or something.

Yep. I just e-mailed them very nicely yesterday and he told me that my CD is set to be shipped later today. Hopefully it's true... but I have faith in them and had no complications with e-mailing them.
I got mine this morning, I'm still listening to it, but I'm satisfied!!!!! Don't know that it was worth all the hassle, but I am happy to have a complete recording. Remember when we all thought it was a scam? haha
This is ALL sorts of WRONG!!! I ordered the CD minutes after noon (I'm in L.A.). I've been patient and haven't hounded them with e-mails.
But now, what I am seeing is that the people who are sending emails and getting mad are the ones who are being mailed the CD first. I am sorry, but that is wrong. I shouldn't have to send e-mails BEGGING for them to send my item.
I am fuming now because I see people on here saying they sent an angry e-mail and then were promised shortly after that the CD would be mailed within 24-48 hours.
That's not the way this should be done. Whoever put this CD out has failed and this is some of the worst 'customer service' I have seen. If this was a company doing this, I would turn them into the Better Business Bureau.
I have patience, I figured I'd receive the CD soon and thought it would be better not to email them since so many others have. But, I am just angry that they are sending the 'first CDs' to those who've complained.
I am sure they are receiving tons of emails, so now "they" are getting angry and offering refunds and "don't have a CD to send". Shady if you ask me....very poor handling of this situation. Only good thing, once we get our CD's, we never have to deal with them again.
Actually it seems to me that the people who are getting them are the ones who are sending polite e-mails and not bitching about it here on this thread... (just an observation.)
"Maybe you guys should send an email inquiring about the status of your order. I did so early this morning and recieved a shipping confirmation this afternoon and I ordered mine a few hours after it went on sale. "
From RyToast1:
"I definitely agree about sending e-mails. I sent an angry e-mail or two, and mine is coming tomorrow morning. "
&%#*&^*@^#&*#$%!!! I am starting to despise the folks putting out this CD.
I know that everybody is, obviously, wanting to get this cd as soon as possible but also think about it this way. We've been waiting over 3 years for a full show cd so it's not that big of a deal if we have to wait a couple of extra days to get it. I'm just saying.
If you hide from yourself, be someone else for someone else's sake, that would be the greatest mistake - bare
I feel the same as NY_Broadway2. I ordered mine and I'm patiently waiting. I know it's a "mom and pop" shop, and it'll get here sooner rather than later. While I do wish they had waited to charge us until the items were actually ready to ship, what's done is done.
We've waited this long; will another couple of days really kill us?
