I'm currently in 'Cats' for a high school summer musical and we've been going from around 4-5 til midnight for the past couple of weeks.
This may be too far off topic, but, I was in a drum & bugle corps rehearsing a show in hs. We practiced 48 hrs straight one time. We were indoors on 1/2 football field. So, each half practiced for 2 hrs while the other slept against the walls or played cards.
Altogether now:

The latest I've ever been was when I was working with a small NYC company and it went until 4:30AM. It was an extremely technical show on a tight schedule and it just had to be done. At some point around midnight the day before opening, we weren't even close to done, and we all just decided that we would stay as long as it took. Someone from the theatre went out for food and asked me what I needed. I asked for four Hansens energy drinks from the corner deli, and had them all lined up in front of me across the tech table. I remember the sun was starting to come up as I was walking home. But in the end the show was much better for it. And it's one of those stories I'll always be able to tell ("you think this tech is long...")
I just finished a tech this week, which has been a little behind schedule, but also on a tight budget, so we've been avoiding overtime. We've had two fewer runs than we originally intended (we open tomorrow), but it should all work out OK. But I'm unusual in that I actually enjoy tech. I'd much rather be in tech for 16 hours than in a blocking rehearsal for an hour.

In high school the latest we went was 10:30pm, and was long enough.
In college I have gone as late as 2:30am, for both a play and a musical. That was really a hell week for me.
When i was doing beautiful and the Damned in the west end we were staying till 3am to get the show right as it was in such a state and the opening night was looming.Needless to say the show opened in london and closed not to long after, that really was hell week and hell show.
My high school's hell weeks last till 12:-12:30. With an hour for dinner and homework. Sadly, we're not excused from out school work during that week.
This year was horrible. Everyone got sick with "Titanicites" There was a stomach virus going around, and people were throwing up backstage. Not fun.
