Just saw it today. And I'll definitely join in on the love.
Such a feel good show with some very heartfelt performances and a breathtaking set.
Any news on a possible lottery?

I don't think there is a rush as tickets are selling well. I'm suruprised that they are not even doing SRO but maybe they are not selling out like TLK when it opened.
BTW, Daniel Jenkins is going to do a reading of his new play "Love Child" tomorrow! Break a leg, Dan!

I can't believe it, it's only for 12/14 performance but you can get it for half price. Still $88 tix for orchestra? Is there such thing? I thought $80 is Mezz. Anyway, I assume this is a large group cancellation or broker's share. Still Goldstar Even is a good company so I don't think you need to worry about it. It just you don't know where your seat is until you pick up the tix. If I were in the City I'll take advantage of it for sure!
EDIT: The tix are sold out now. And apparently these are the tix that were sold as 20% to a broker (group sales discount).
Practically Perfect discount ticket?!

Ahh, Mary Poppins need more Loooove in this thread :)
So as you know there are tons of merchandises for this show. Did you get any? I went nuts: 3 different T shirt (one youth, two adult), carpet bag keychain, pin, magnet, mug cup, program (of course) and the parrot umbrella! (I could have bought another orchestra tix with the money I spent on the goods) I refrained myself from buying the doll, thanks goodness
I had to mail the umbrella from NY to Cal b/c it was too Big!
What would you buy if they start selling? I'd like to buy gingerbread stars!

I am excited to go see it again in April.
I had an easy time getting tickets... I walked up to the door 7 minutes before house closed, and bought a single ticket for orchestra row Q. Guy behind me talked on and on about how he bought tix the day the went on sale. I told him my luck and he gave me the staredown.
I love being a single theatregoer.

Posted: 12/20/06 at 12:06amThe tickets are now being sold until November 2007. I'm sure Gavin Lee will be left by then (he has a year contract), I wonder if Gavin Creel will be coming to Broadway production? I wonder if Ashley will leave after year also?

I feel like a lot of this cast will stay with this show for a while. It is a show that is a guaranteed success and it is amazing. I can't think of anywhere else Ashley Brown would want to be :-P
Apparently they sold 20 dollar SRO Tonight.

Oh goodie! Please someone confirm if they have SRO policy now.
Re: staying after one year, Kristin Chenoweth left Wicked (wildly popular show) after one year and Idina left six months after that? Currently most of the original cast of Jersey Boys are still performing but I'm not sure how long they extended their contract, maybe six months?

Sorry to say, but they totally destroyed the London Version which was a thousand times better. Also, the London Version is now staring Howard Jones and Zee Asha!

I saw it once to see my friend Henry in it and again to see my friend Katherine. But it was really good, so I'm seeing it again just for fun.
