I actually like the entire preshow setting, it felt like stepping into another time and feeling like you weren't just in the basement of an nyc theatre on a Wednesday night in the middle of November. yes, I'm sad that it's closing but good lord I'm ready for this production to die.  All the bickering and trash talking and drama is stupid, and I'm ready to leave it in the past. Billy was an awful emcee, but sepsis is no joke, I wish him a speedy recovery and hope that in the time he has now that he'll read over the text and understand the character more.

Good show, Bad show, Good singing, Bad singing, it doesn’t matter. The point is you take time out of your day to see something you enjoy, and if it doesn’t resonate with you, that’s cool too!! But I’m not getting up to leave during applause or a blackout just because something is bad.
