2026-2027 Season Tour Launches Oct 21

I wonder if some kind of cabaret tour will launch in the wake of the closing. If they'll do some necromancy and pull the Sam Mendes production out of the grave and attempt to get more of their money back with a cheap attempt of a touring production of a 30 year old production of a show. If not that's fine, I do wonder about the revivals of shows that'll launch tours in the coming year, like the non eq music man revival and whatnot.

I like the fact Sonic the Hedgehog is in this, that's cool. Other than that I really couldn't care about it.

It’s already back as a traditional theatre set up sadly"

in the coming days or weeks, would anyone be able to share photos of the load out? I wanna see how long it takes to load the show out, and how much ends up in the sidewalk.

It's finally over after this weekend, all the bull****, horridness, and just a badly executed revival from the start can finally rest in peace.
4 casts, 25 million dollars lost, a whole range of issues we don't need repeating, and now, finally peace. What hell of a way to end a run that, to be honest, wasn't long for this side of the Atlantic.
Does anyone have any good memories of the Broadway run?

I always prefer house right since nothing really happens on that part of the set
Also of note that Robert Petkoff will be returning as Zidler from 11/11/25through 1/25/26"
They could stunt cast weird al in there for that time and make even more money
The day we get weird al zidler is the day i die happily

They're pulling a mincemeat and announcing 'extensions' for more press and ticket sales. There's no way in **** this can recoup in 5 months and then just close, no way.

I actually like the entire preshow setting, it felt like stepping into another time and feeling like you weren't just in the basement of an nyc theatre on a Wednesday night in the middle of November. I do feel a different space would've done the show a bit better, the august wilson made this show feel

Lauter was originally scheduled to be out Sept 19 & 20. So Merino should be the Emcee those dates. Otherwise, the rest of the run i

I, for once, take back every sappy thing I said about the closing.
yes, I'm sad that it's closing but good lord I'm ready for this production to die. All the bickering and trash talking and drama is stupid, and I'm ready to leave it in the past. Billy was an awful emcee, but sepsis is no joke, I wish him a speedy recovery and hope that in the time he has now that he'll read over the text and understand the character more.
I'll miss this show, I
