The same way congestion pricing will affect Broadway- not at all.

I hear you and I'm open (HUGE fan of Lloyd's Sunset). However I think it's fair to want a powerhouse vocalist in the role after thatlast revival which I liked, but it's no secret Elena struggled vocally.

I can understand why they want a bigger name in the production, but I still don't see Ariana DeBose fitting vocally. Sam Pauly has already done the show 8X a week in London, and it's not like she wouldn't want to do it again.

I just looked at Telecharge- the rear mezz is open from tomorrow through the weekend (and well sold)- I’m assuming it was open last week as well.

Those Wicked grosses- holy crap- just incredible.

2.6 million for The Great Gatsby after they were all but written off after the reviews is nothing to sneeze at. Good for them.

Nope- they just posted both performances are canceled today- shows will resume tomorrow.

If anyone has tickets for today’s matinee, both Meghan and Jen are out. 

I don’t know why I didn’t think of this sooner- but there are so many kids in the cast- and kid germs are particularly virulent. I’m sure that’s making a bad situation worse.

This was always a limited run, so not exactly part of the bloodbath. 

Imagine Cynthia finding out she’s onstage for the majority of the show (an extremely raked stage, no less), and for her reward, has to run underneath the stage and up a ladder to emerge from the trapdoor to sing “No Good Deed”- 8 times a week.
