My thing is that the message behind Rent is love and coming together as one. So why are people separating themselves thinking they are superior to others? It is stupid that people are so mean about something which is so peaceful and loving. All of you people who think you are better than everyone else because you have seen the show a million times, you need to come down to earth and realize that you are no better than anyone else. Listen to Rent and praise all of those who get it!

I do not like the way "Newbie" people are treated either. even though i have seen the stage version 7 times it always bothered me how the RENTHEADS treated other people. GOOD FOR YOU!THAT TOOK GUTS!

It seems like a closed question to me. Why is Spelling Bee Popular? Why is Wicked Popular? The Producers is fuuny, has good music, star cast and well... its Mel Brooks. All the times i have seen the producers (the original movie, the b-way show and the movie musical) I laugh my butt off and come out feeling wonderful.

Little Shop Revival Cast Recording

I just got the "Little Shop" 03 revival cast recording. Personally im just not impressed. I find that the music lacks energy that other productions of the show have displayed.Hunter Foster just sounds too over the top for the role. I have not seen the revival, but i just find the new cast recording weak. Thoughts?

I have seen both and yet i can still never compare them. Yes they are both comedies, but they have such diffrent humor and music. Can't Compare. They are both wonderful in diffrent ways.

IT WAS AMAZING!!! I felt the exact same magic as when i saw it on broadway! I thought everyone in the cast did a wonderful job. I have always loved Mel Brooks and his work but besides Blazing Saddles i think this is his best work. I loved every minute!

Rosie is such an amazing and smart person. I think the reason why some people dont like her is because they feel she is a poseur. I personaly think she is amazing!
