Eight posts across two days seems like a lot. 

The marketing department is posting so many videos and photo spreads on Instagram that it’s reminiscent of Hamilton’s manufactured hype a decade ago. And it’s only just started previews. Overkill incoming.

David Harris is back as The Duke tonight on Broadway, so all the lines and notes will be there.

”Sold out”? Surely they mean comped out.

I guess they’re counting on the sub rights paying off in the long run. Easier to sell if they can say it was “on Broadway” once upon a time. 

Still, how long to recoup a capitalization that they’ll somehow find a way to amount to $15 million or so?

So bombastic that there’s no sincerity or connection. They may as well be in two different cities and different time zones. He’s very strident vocally. I guess nobody ever told him that a little goes a long way. If he keeps pushing like that, flatness is going to come calling, which it already is throughout.

Careful. I’ve heard tell that even being slightly inconvenienced by this theatregoer’s hairstyle is considered… err… “problematic” in these parts.
