While I'm at it, who would we like to see as Elphaba or Glinda next? and Fiyero?

She asked who was going to play Glinda and Elphaba. Not Glinda and Chistery.

The way i've noticed Wicked on Broadway works is this. Every Glinda and Elphaba has a 6-9 month contract with an option to renue (sp?) for either 6 or 3 more. Unless your Kendra Kassebaum then you take two weeks off and go to another production.

Formally Stews_Bitch::: Shows in the 2010 Season for me. 101 Dalmations tour - Jan 24th, Xanadu Tour - Mar 9th and 10th, Wicked - May 14th, Legally Blonde - June 12th:::::::Upcoming - South Pacific, Young Frankinstein (Two Cities) Rock of Ages (Two Cities) Shrek (3 Cities) Les Mis, DreamGirls, Spring Awakening, Color Purple, and 9 to 5!

I was recently told that Mandy Gonzalez has a particularly long contract. Something to the effect of a year and a half, so perhaps no new Elphaba for a good while.

I don't really have any specific names in mind but I think it would be great to see a younger pair for Elphaba/Glinda, actresses that are closer to the ages of the characters than these 30+ women who have played the roles recently.

It won't happen BUT I would LOVE to see Carrie Manolakos (or even Vicki Noon) be lead on Broadway :)

And I would also love to see Helene Yorke, again, probably never happening.

I wish I could go back in time and see Aaron Tveit as Fiyero. I would love Leigh Ann Larkin in it!! Or Kerry Butler, although I do agree that they should start casting younger, so those two wishes contradict each other.

Alli Mauzey was an amazing Glinda! I know this is not trust worthy at all, but at one time on Bailey Hank's wikipedia page, it said that she would be replacing KRC on a specific date. Probably just some person wishing that she was.

I'd rather see Bailey do a slower role. Glinda takes so much energy. Didn't people say that she was a winded when she performed "So Much Better" in Legally Blonde?

I'm just gonna throw this out there....I can see Bernadette Peters in Morrible's make-up. I haven't heard Mandy yet, Katie was my first Glinda and I always thought she was really beautiful as Glinda. We need someone as Elphaba who doesn't riff the **** out of Defying Gravity, but someone who can sing it with power. I think for most actresses who riff the song ruin it.
