She's played this role many times before, including in college and she wrote her undergraduate thesis on the role, the show and its history! Fun fact.

Oh, how I adore her. She's given me so many unforgettable nights in the theatre - Drowsy, The Prom, her "Ladies Who Lunch" in Old Friends, and so many more. Would love to see her Dolly.

Very excited for this. My partner and I are going to Ogunquit for the first time next month and I got tickets because it’s one of my favorite musicals. Beth will be incredible!

Absolutely going to kill it, she's so talented. And it's such a beautiful drive from the City in the Summertime.

Fun fact: the show's director, Maggie Burrows, is the daughter of legendary sitcom director James Burrows and granddaughter of GUYS & DOLLS scribe Abe Burrows!

That video is no longer public. Possibly someone mistakenly released it too soon.

Yes, there is a train that runs from Boston up to Portland, with a stop at Wells (one town north of Ogunquit). From there you would have to get an Uber to the Playhouse. The Playhouse is walkable to most accommodations in Ogunquit. It's one of my favorite vacation places, and the Playhouse does high quality shows.

Don't know if she's ever played Mame, but she did play Vera Charles (opposite Dee Hoty's Mame) at St. Louis MUNY.    She also did "Gypsy" at the MUNY.

Just to add on to this for Jordan and any other New Yorkers - Boston's North and South Station are not connected at all, so if you were coming from NYC, you'd wind up at South Station (if on the train you could also get off at Back Bay) and then would need to get yourself to North Station for the Downeaster, which runs up to Maine. South to North Station is not doable via public transportation so I'd suggest Amtrak to Back Bay, then take the orange line from there to North Station...or just rideshare from South Station.

It's not actually hard to get from South Station to North Station, but if you're coming from NYC and other places down south, this suggestion is good: get off at Back Bay and take the orange line to North Station.

Wholeheartedly agree.  Plus I would add that her Miss Hannigan at Papermill was an absolute delight. And I loved her as the Baroness in Lempicka.

Take Amtrak from Penn Station to Boston - then transfer to North Station and take the Downeaster.  I'll join you.

Absolutely thrilled with this news. I only live about half an hour away from Ogunquit, so I was already planning to see this early in the run in case I wanted to see it a second time. Now it looks like it might be a second, third, fifth, tenth, twelfth....

And no one grew into anything new, we just became the worst of what we were."

Have they announced the entire cast?

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

Tenth, twelfth, eighteenth, twenty-second.... I don't know if I can afford this production. 😂

Beth already did HELLO, DOLLY! at The Muny back in 2014. Rob McClure was Cornelius Hackl, Mamie Parris was Irene Molloy, Jay Armstrong Johnson was Barnaby Tucker, and John O’Hurley was Horace Vandergelder:
