The West End Production recently announced their 2025-2026 cast and included Elphaba Alternate (Laura Emmitt). I hope Broadway and the National Tour also include an Alternate in their next cast announcements.

I hope the Lencia rumors are true! I saw her as Angelica when she understudied the role back in 2022 and she was amazing! Her riffs on Satisfied was Chef's Kiss

Kind of surprised that other than Hamilton, none of the other shows stay longer than 1 week. &Juliet, The Wiz and/or Parade could have been 2 weeks. Also, we don't have a "summer engagement" lasting for several weeks like we usually do.

Christian Thompson and Tim Shew left the tour this weekend and was replaced by James Gish and Tom McGowan.

Kimber Elaine Sprawl mentioned in her episode in Sentimental Men podcast that she is also interested in Elphaba, so we’ll see.

McKenzie announced that she is leaving the show in March. Any speculation on her replacement? Excited for casting news for both broadway and tour.

My guess is that Jordan Litz will replace Curt. The new understudy Fiyero - Ryan Mac, appears to be covering Witch's Father/ Ozian Official, which is Jordan's current track. Unless, Jordan is also leaving the tour.

Broadway at The Hobby Center in Houston just announced cancellation of Hamilton.The Angelica Tour was supposed to be here from June 30 - Aug 9. However, with COVID-19, they announced the Tour Stop will be postponed to a later date before the end of the year. However, just this morning, they announced the Houston stop is cancelled
