That one girl was "triggered" by Appropriate and thus thinks it's "problematic"? Oh, FFS. I'm sure this show sucks on its own merits but the artistically-challenged triggerati seem to think everything must have corner protectors for baby safety. Me, I'm still trying to figure out why this talky, flimsy play--a big hit in a lean season--is deserving of a revival. Just do the Caine-Mutiny Court Martial, for God's sake. It's about a hundred times better. So much fuss to have an audience walk out talking how it worked so much better as a movie.

It's a masterpiece of dramatic construction with endlessly fascinating contradictions. Yes, it is produced much too often but like Salesman a strong production can make you see and hear things that you didn't catch the first time. I can understand why some people don't like it, though. It's long, angry and depressing.

Watched the video and only lasted about 10 seconds. She's certainly...charisma-challenged. I can only imagine what she's like in beast mode. When entitled narcissism manifests itself in a theater nerd there is, as Faye Dunaway might say, nothing like it.I'm glad people are enjoying the show.
