I have an upcoming trip to NYC in July and am thinking about getting tickets to the July 21st performance of Shucked. Does anyone know if the theater has posted any scheduled days off for Alex Newell that weekend? I'd love to see to the see the show with Alex, but I know performers sometimes have scheduled breaks. I'll check the Shucked Website, but thought someone here might have some info. Thanks in advance.

I've always thought it would be amazing if a producer or theatre company would do a series of round table discussions of some of the living legends of Musical Theatre. Possibly contemporaries to discuss their experiences. If you could invite 3 living legends who would you invite?I would love to see Bette Midler, Liza Minnelli, and Barbra Streisand sit down together and discuss their careers and experiences. Probably will never happen but fun to dream.
