I'm only 15, but i have been thinking about this subject for the past year. I honestly can't see myself doing anything but acting and being as happy as acting makes me, but for college i think i want to do a double major...that way i will have a backup.

i usually sing more classical soprano songs, but lately i've really been using my mezzo-soprano/more belty voice. anyone know any fun songs similar to notice me horton and times like this songs except maybe more uptempo? i'm basically open 2 anything so i can stop being a one trick pony w/ the soprano ballads! thanks so much!

i saw on this website that sutton foster was going to appear in the movie, P.S. so i watched it...it was sooo boring, and to top it all off, Sutton wasnt even in it!!!

what about A QUIET THING from FLORA THE RED MENACE? i looove that song! it shows a sense of maturity and u could put it in a part where one of the characters dream comes true or somethin like that.

hey guys!! i really wanna sing "Six hrs as a princess" from childrens letters to god for my singing class so i can perform it at the end of the session, but i need it by thursday. there is a school talent show happening coming up at my schoool soon, and i'm trying to find the perfect song. I am a soprano and i want to sing a ballad that will really grab the audience. kinda like i dreamed a dream type thing...ya know wat i mean lol thanks!!!
bway going oldies???
i was watching the news the other day, and there was a story about how some people think that in like another ten yrs bway will have mostly musicals w/ music from old singing groups and things like that (like mama mia and good vibrations) and not much original music. i sure hope that isnt the direction bway is going in...that would make me really sad!!! as much as i like mama mia, i do prefer original bway music...what do u guys think?
