i'm not in the majority. but when am I? didnt like the script, the direction is like being beat over the head repeatedly and for no reason. the direction is insensitive and forced. the acting is fine but not great. i never felt they honesty.the show is too long and the story itself needs to be less bombastic. enough said. they are employed. in this economy that is a lot

omg. how can you have a hard time picking from unknown shows. this festival is a ridiculous and disgusting bust. a total abandon from respectful work to community productions to avoid real contract that have been cultivated for years in this city so other people can ply their craft. get with it. this festival steals all the rights from everyone to make a fair living. you fool yourselves if you think differenly and omg. hello...does nyc need community theatre. no. but apparently memebers of th...

have spend a lot of time going to shows including THE FRINGE. how embarassing. its like community theatre. has new york sunk so low that it cant do shows. it has to rely on festivals for works such as the quality that i saw here.

this is fantastic. i loved the show. i am not concerned with critics and hope everyone sees this show. GO IRENAS VOW AND GO TOVAH FELDSHUH...and i hope the Archbishop enjoys himself. Very cool.

that is true. there were two irena's and both saved lives during the war and oddly enough both had daughters named janina. i saw Irena's Vow last week. I was moved. I dont agree with the critics and no one has to agree with me we each have an opinion and we are entitled to it. But i thought the show was wonderful. Yes there are some flaws in the writing, but it is a true story and Tovah Feldshuh gives the best performance on Broadway. I recommend this show to everyone. Again, my opinion and i...
