I'd love to see Karen Ziemba back on Broadway in a leading role.
For my money, Judy Kuhn should always be working in a musical.

Toni Collette
Margo Martindale
Lois Smith
Loretta Devine (she should have been Big Mama in the recent "Cat" revival)
Brenda Blethyn (won't someone cast her as Amanda in a Glass Menagerie revival?)
Wonderful list, Goth.
I treasure memories of Margo Martindale in "Steel Magnolias." And seeing Lois Smith in "True Blood" reminded me what a fine actor she is.
I'd like to see S. Epatha Merkerson back on stage.
I can always take more Matthew Broderick and Eric McCormack
Come back to the five and dime Kate Nelligan, Kate Nelligan.

Broadway? Peters, Block I agree with- Thompson especially.
Additionally, Allison Fischer, Hunter Foster, Jessie L. Martin, Adam Pascal, Drew Sarich, Nikki Renee Daniels, Adam Wylie and Molly Ephraim. A lot of them have only really had one-hit wonders or have only a few notable credits and would really love to see more of them.
It wouldn't hurt to see Joel Gray, Betty Buckley and Ben Vereen take a stab at Broadway again.
Film-wise though I feel like it's such a crime Fairuza Balk doesn't get nearly enough work. She's done some great films and is a great actress in my opinion.
Laura Benanti & Judy Kuhn.
I completely agree with Molly Ephraim. She was great in Into the Woods then she had a very very small part in Fiddler on the Roof and haven't heard of her since.
I have to say I would love to see Christian Borle doing something. love him!
and Beth Leavel. love her to death!
coleen sexton! and i second nancy opel and andrea rivette.
