FANTASTIC NEWS!!!!!!!!!
SOOOO EXCITED!!!!!!
Any idea when it'll be released via the Sh-K-Boom site?
Oh, I will, Rockabye!
Oh I had forgotten about "Alabama Song," that was an amazing number and one of those few times when Prince's staging truly shone. I really enjoyed the chemistry between Pittu and Murphy.

If it was recorded today, wouldn't that put it at an early- or mid-fall release? Just a guess. High Fidelity took a little while to get out, and Legally Blonde had a relatively quick turn-around, but that was necessary around Tony Awards time. Without a reason to rush, a few months is fair.
Yes, I assume they'll have a September/October release date since the show isn't even running anymore. I just hope this doesn't turn out to be another LESTAT.
Don't even think it, Ray.

I honestly don't care when it's released, as long as it's released.
I would also like to send out tons of love to the LoveMusik fans, ray, hep, broadwaybaby, etc., for making me feel like I am not alone and for backing my feelings on this show. I love you guys.
Wunderbar, wunderbar!
This is WONDERFUL WONDERFUL news! I adored LoveMusik and thought it deserved much more attention that it got. I personally believe it will be an even better cast album, if it was recorded right, than it was a show. Michael/Donna and Company sounded beautiful. I was certainly transfixed by this show and can't wait for the recording. Thanks to all those involved who made this possible.
As much as I think last year's Threepenny was a better show and should have been recorded instead of LoveMusik, I must say I am also looking forward to this CD. There were some songs that Cerveris and Pittu sang that sounded nice.
This news was the highlight of a rather droll day.
A "droll" day? What does that mean?
I presume they think "droll" means something similar to "dull" or "awful". Can't think why else they'd use it. Unless today really has been rather whimsical and this news has been the icing on a waggishly funny day.

Is it sad that I felt the desire to break out the champagne in celebration of this news?
I think you can pour us all a glass while you're at it.

"Wonder of wonders, miracle of miracles.."
LOVE the pictures.
Is it inappropriate to say I would love to have sex with both Michael and Donna? What a beautiful pair. *_*

Am I being completely thick?

Danke schoen, mein damen und mein herren.
Aber was ist ein drollig Tag? Niemand beantworteten meine Frage.
Smaxie, just for you...
Droll, adj. & n. 1. adj. Amusing, through quaintness; odd, queer, surprising. 2. n. drol ~LY adv. ~ 'ERY, Jester, wag; droll person.
So, unless the person was having an odd day, I think they meant something else.
