I was in the Apple Tree in high school (a long time ago)
I would like to see some JRB.
parade and bat boy. amen.
the apple tree, promises promises, company, and follies
Side Show. I only discovered the cast recording, but I LOVE this show.
It used to be "Merrily"--one of my all-time favorites, and I had never seen it, but I caught the Gallery Players in Park Slope last year, and finally feel like I have an image, albeit a largely non-equity one.
Still waiting:
Flora
The Rink
Call me Madam
New Brain (Going to Chicago)
JC Superstar
Side Show
Bat Boy (Still in London? Going in March)
Rent (the soundtrack has been imprinted on my brain...and my mom's :-P)
Gypsy (love the music)
POTO (seeing it over spring break hopefully)
Avenue Q (possible seeeing as well)
Assassins ( I got the newer cast recording for christmas and have been listing to it none stop)
and Bat Boy (have been listing to that cd for a year or so now)

wicked and tick tick boom - definately my two favorite shows at the moment. But it is a bit far from the netherlands to new york!

Well, right now it's Avenue Q, hands down, but as long as it's running, I still have hope. :) I'm glad someone mentioned "On the Twentieth Century," because that's one I've had the OBC of forever, and would love to see, but probably never will.
Wow! I never realized that so many people loved "The Apple Tree"! Such a great, underrated show. Why has it never been revived? I can already hear Kristin singing "What Makes Me Love Him?" in my head. Can't wait!
