I like this thread a lot because it makes me feel better about my multiple viewings. My highest numbers give or take 1 or 2 are: AIDA-10, THE MUSIC MAN (dir. Stro)-10, THE BOY FROM OZ-8, ASU-7, PIAZZA-7. My friends who aren't theatre fans balk at these numbers, and I try to tell them they're low compared to others'. Maybe I'll send them this thread.
"I never had theatre producers run after me. Some people want to make more Broadway shows out of movies. But Elliot and I aren't going to do Batman: The Musical." - Julie Taymor 1999
Ok so I'm not as lucky as the rest of you people but still, seeing as I'm a 16 year old from Bermuda and the majority of my friends haven't even been to New York let alone seen a show I feel pretty good about my seeing
Boy from Oz 5 times Spamalot 2 times Putnam County Spelling Bee 2 times Phantom 2 times
I live in San Francisco so it is difficult to see good shows because it takes so long for tours to get around. But, here are my numbers: Les Mis - 2 (maybe 3 if we road trip to Tempe, AZ) Light in the Piazza - 2 (it is SO good) Phantom of the Opera - 2 (never again on Broadway)
