I would like to student rush a saturday matinee. What would you guys recommend what is easy to win? I will be seeing Adams Family, N2N and Hair already. Off-Broadway will work too

You don't "win" a student rush. As long as you are willing to get up early enough and wait in line, and if the show is not sold out, you'll get rush tickets.

Jordan Catalano is pretty easy.

Catch Me If You Can was very easy. Showed up about 5 minutes before the box office opened up at 10am last Saturday. There was already a long line, and most people were buying for the matinee (we wanted to see the matinee too), but everyone got tickets.

I had an easy rush with Catch Me as well. I got there around 10:15 after a failed attempt at Sister Act and got tickets. Not great seats but, oh well.

I tried, unsuccessfully, for Sister Act on Wednesday and then walked up to How to Succeed around 11:00 and got box seats (two) with no problem whatsoever for the matinee.

Relatively easy are:

Addams (get a Student Rush ticket 5 minutes before the show, cash only)

Baby, It's You (but PLEASE avoid! - horrible show)

Billy Elliot

Catch Me

Mamma Mia (on my avoid list, too)

Mary Poppins

Memphis (maybe 20 minutes before box office opens)

For Standing Room consider Chicago and Phantom.
