Instead of bitching about this one, post a clip or a memory of one of your favorite moments from a past Tony Awards.

This is my all-time favorite: Dorothy Loudon turning an obscure and minor Gershwin ditty called "Vodka" into a masterpiece of comedy:

I just love Sara Ramirez's acceptance speech in 2005. It was very cute and funny.

I loved when speeches were short and too the point. With the exception being Patti LuPone's 2008 speech for Best Actress, which was just a gem.
And I hate when people thank God in their speech. Phony, pretentious and just shoving it in everyone's face. Thank your collaborators, your company and those whom you love (if you must) and get the hell offstage.

Norbert Leo Butz's DRS acceptance speech

BroadwayBoobs: I'll give all of you who weren't there a hint of who took the pictures ...it rhymes with shameless

SOMMS: I knew it was Tink!

One of my favorite moments was a few years back when Fantasia sang " Im here". I still go to Youtube periodically to make me happy:)
