Yes! Milos on 55th Street between 6th and 7th ave (right near the entrance to City Center). It's a Greek Fish restaurant and I think they fly in the fish everyday from Greece. Incredible food. They have a wonderful pre/post-theater menu if I remember correctly. It's probably quite expensive (I've only eaten there when my parents are paying) but it's delicious. If you're looking for something quick, I really like The Burger Joint in le Parker Meridien which is on 56th Street b/t 6th and 7th. It's nothing fancy, but they have good burgers for a quick bite.

A couple of years ago, my wife and I went to Bobby Flay's Bar Americain. It was wonderful, but not cheap.

I second MILOS! Very pricey, but worth it. One of the best. Splurge if you're so inclined.....

Burger Joint isn't my favorite, but it is very convienent to the City Center.

Its fun because it is in such a nice hotel and feels like you found a secret restaurant. It is good if you are hungry and need a something slightly above fast food. The burgers are decent, but I will take shake shack over these any day. Also, Cash only.

I'll actually be staying at Le Parker Meridien. I'm wondering if there's something good between burgers and Milos, whcih does seem a bit pricey.

I like Red Eye Grill on Seventh Avenue between 56th and 57th Street
Food is good and you can keep the bill down if you dont have dessert and limit drinks
Check out the menu on line

There's a diner just a few doors down from City Center. I think it's named Cosmos. It's a diner, for sure, but their chicken pot pie is sensational!

Try La Bonne Soupe, 48 West 55th Street, between 5th and 6th (closer to 6th). It's a small place, so make res @212-586-7650.

For sandwiches & salads, etc., Au Bon Pain is right next to City Center set back closer to 6th Ave. 212-246-6518.
