There will most likely be minimal dialogue in order to fit all the songs to one disc. Some songs like "What the F*ck" are actually on the shorter side, but just include large chucks of underscoring.

And how do we know that the amount of dialogue they wanted to include on the CD was cut to make it fit on one disc? Or is that just some rectally-derived information?

Many of the songs are really good but have a ton of talking in the middle of it like "What if" and "A map of New York". So they probably are shortening them for the cast recording!
"What the F*ck" is a great song, in my opinion, but I'd be surprised to hear it on "Good Morning America." Then, again, "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn" was also shot as "Frankly, my dear, I don't care" because of fear of the censors.
