"Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.”

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

I believe this is a Catholic tradition called Las Posadas, celebrated in Spain and certain regions of the Americas formerly colonized by Spain (like Mexico). A procession goes around the city and, at every house, someone responds by singing a song. (Thank you Rick Steves.) Las Posadas on WikipediaUpdated On: 4/20/14 at 02:51 PM
Mike, I was in a small town of Spain when they re-in acted the Inquisition coming into their town. There were acts like this in the balconies, including the escape of a local hero who eluded being captured and burned to death. The pageant lasted all day with a ceremonial burning of the damned in the evening. Needless to say the portrayal of Jews and the mentally challenged left a lot to be desired.

I know the Spaniards have a lot of traditions that strike outsiders as weird, but that one does surprise me, SNAFU, lol. You would think of all the things they would celebrate, the Inquisition would be low on their list. :/ I guess the singing from balconies thing is part of many different things there.
I'm thinking this may have been filmed for a soap, as you hear a piano hit the note right before she starts in. What is with the other woman we'll never know.
