That's unfair. Are you familiar with his work? LaChiusa is a brilliant composer who is very sensitive to his source material. If anyone other than LaChiusa were doing it I would be concerned.
ha, sorry. i didnt mean to offend. im just familiar with the incredibly heavy/dramatic source material. its a great play. and lachiusa's a really talented guy.
It is going to be amazing! I've heard who is in the workshop cast and hopefully make the trasfer to Broadway - or the Mitzi actually. It is going to be great!
