Wow...just....wow. I think she needs serious help in more ways than one.
Donna Simpson already weighs 43st, but she is determined to nearly double her size to become the world's fattest woman.
The 42-year-old from New Jersey, U.S, is set on reaching the 1,000lb mark (71st) in just two years. Remarkably she insists she is healthy, despite now needing a mobility scooter when she goes shopping.

I heard this on the radio this morning. Unbelievable.
Her partner is encouraging this behavior b/c he likes large women.
She makes her money from running a website where people pay to watch her eat.
It's so sad and sick to watch people exploit her. Granted, she's completely willing and even enthusiastic about all of it, but clearly there is a pathology and serious self esteem issues here.

Taz, I'm sure in her mind, this is some sort of "noble sacrifice" for the good of her cause.
Or she feels, "Hey, I've got a sickness. Why not make a buck off of it?"
She isn't the first to do that.

I'm wondering if the child can be removed from the home over something like this...
