I really hope it comes down to Adam and Allison in the finals. I'd be able to just enjoy it, because I'd be happy with either one of them winning.

Yeah. Adam and Allison were far and away the best. I was already biased in their favor, and then they were among the few who did songs that I actually already like.

I wish Kris had been better. I wish I understood why I like Matt Giraud, even though I usually find his type repulsive. I hope Scott goes home.

(I hope all the contestants were thinking WTF CREEPY BALD GUY, and at least Adam was thinking WTF Sweeney Todd?)

I really haven't been much of an Adam fan, but he was phenomenal tonight. He, Allison, and Matt are just head and shoulders above everyone else, and tonight's performance was probably my favorite of any this season thus far.

I don't need a life that's normal. That's way too far away. But something next to normal would be okay. Something next to normal is what I'd like to try. Close enough to normal to get by.

Kris/Allison/Adam top 3 (in that order with Adam winning). NEEDS to happen.

I do like Allison, but Adam is in a league of his own up there. He really doesn't need to win this show, as I think it will hinder him. I'd like to see Allison win so that she gets a boost on her career. Adam's is probably all planned out by now, lol!

Thanks Jane! I just looked it up on youtube. I vaguely remember the song. Adam really changed it up and made it his own. I actually like his version better!

His arrangement was based on a version by Gary Jules and Michael Andrews featured in the movie Donnie Darko. It's one of the most hauntingly beautiful songs I've ever heard, and Adam's take on it was brilliant.

I have listened to the Tears for Fears song probably 200-300 times. I had it on tape when I was traveling for work in the 80's

Adam's version just shocked me, we were busy in the kitchen for C11's birthday and we turned up the TV and we say Adam and then he sang - holy crap! This kid is a phenom!

Jane, I found the Seeds of Love tape in a record store in Atlanta in 1992 while on our honeymoon and we listened to it on the way back to Chicago. I have it on i-tunes now!
