To put it simply: They were corrupt SOBs who "ran" NYC. While making many improvements to the City (i.e. Central Park), they were DEFINITELTY "on the take" and kept PLENTY of funds for themselves.

Finished about two hours ago.
Multiple choice was half easy, 40% medium, and 10% hard.
Essays were easy.
Thanks, M_E for preparing us! :)

Posted: 5/6/05 at 3:04pmThe multiple choice were SO much harder than I thought they would be. All the practice tests I took were much easier. Also, I think the time was part of it, because I didn't have time to check over the ones I weren't sure about, and there were a lot of those! The essays were ok, but the DBQ was pretty hard because we were not expecting that time period, and the documents were baaad. Overall, it was okay, but some of it was pretty bad.
