re: AP American History

the dbq was a fine question but the documents they gave were really bad i thought.

part b was good but c was hard. i did 5 but i realized afterwards i should have done 4.

can you believe the clinton question?! my whole class started laughing when we saw it.

re: AP American History

Interesting. I was completely the opposite. I actually thought the MC questions were easier than I thought they would be. It could have been much worse. The DBQ and the part C were ridiculously easy. I thought that #5 was the easiest question I have ever written an essay on. Part B was so hard. I had no idea for either of them. Completely BS'ed my way through it. Hope it turned out ok.

re: AP American History

The Clinton question was ridiculous! Thank goodness I knew the answer. I thought they weren't supposed to ask us stuff after Reagan...

re: AP American History

I took it, and actually, I didn't think it was too bad. I knew almost all of the Multiple choice, and I was able to do okay on the DBQ. The essays, though...they were killer. I did the one about immigration and then the one about massachusets and virginia. Those were okay..
But guys....we're not supposed to talk about the MC --ever---or the Essays until 48 hours later.... yeah right we were talking about them in the bathroom 5 minutes after we finished the MC. hee hee.
Was that a fat joke?

When I saw the clinton question, I was like "OMG, that was like two months ago" ....not really.

I answered essays 2 and 5! re: AP American History

re: AP American History

I was definitly do-able but there were a lot of questions about Indians???? It's good that we're recognizing them, but they're effect on history wasn't as big as it seemed on the test.

Oh yeah, I finished, had 8 minutes to "eat lunch" and then I took Euro, where 1 in 5 questions were about women. It was fine too...just annoying.

Totals:
160 MC questions
6 essays
20 pages of essays
8 hours of testing.

I actually am having problems with my right arm it's crapmed so badly. AND THANK YOU to ME. Thank you very much! It was so considerate to give u so much of your time to help.

re: AP American History

We only had two choices. But it's better than none.

re: AP American History

... I guess the exams are all "computerized" now?

I remember writing my essay by hand--and being afraid that the Examiner would not be able to read my handwriting!!!

Jwei, the SATs were "computerized" when I took them back in the 1970s...

re: AP American History

Yeah...but at least the essay isn't too hard. It's usually a really broad topic, so you can write about anything. It's pretty cool.

BUT, correction, after tomorrow, I won't be done with the SATs..I have to take the SAT IIs in June. Math and US History (BUT the good thing about history is that it is supposedly ALOT easier than the AP multiple choice!)

What SAT IIs are other people taking?
