re: BWW: A View from an Outsider

Yeah, we'll have to have secret initiation rituals that include singing the Gamaliel Painter's Cane song and passing it around... Remember that?
Why do we play with fire? Why do we run our fingers through the flame? Why do we leave our hands on the stove, although we know we're in for some pain? -tick...tick...BOOM!

I heard that. *scowl*
Suzanne: I never use catalogs. I'd rather go in the store and see all the salespeople groveling and sucking up to you. Julia: Pardon me, I never knew they were so solicitous at the K-Mart.

re: BWW: A View from an Outsider

Ok, wow. Thank you for making my day. Where do I start?

First of all, if you're going to mention us by name, mention ALL of us. You forgot about Ellie's wacky vowel twin, Allie, as well as little miss Beka. And thanks for mangling everyone else's name. BaST? I can only assume it is some sort of thinly veiled allusion to my being a bastard, which, thank you very much, I am not.

Second, just how much time have you spent reading the thread that you are able to make such brash conclusions about our wit, or relationships with one another? If you've read all three hundred and whatever pages, on one hand, I commend you, but on the other hand, get a life.

Third, referring to your comment that Tiff and Ellie supposedly hate each other, and that none of us stop bitching at each other...was someone absent the day everyone else learned what sarcasm was? Look it up. Furthermore, you only see what goes on in the thread. You are not privy to private messages, instant messages, or phone calls, many of which some posters choose to engage in reguarly. Though we are often seemingly harsh to one another on the thread, I consider many of the posters friends, and would not hesitate to come to their defenses in a second, as they have come to mine, both online and in real life.

Finally, you should try posting on the thread. It is by no means exclusive, and your list did not even come close to naming all of the posters that have frequented the thread. Post sometime. You might find out that we're not the heinous Bitches you think we are.

As Cole Porter said:

Never give anything away, away, away,
'Tis very unwise.
Never give anything away, away, away,
Do not compromise.
Be economical, I say, I say, I say,
And you will do well.
Never give anything away, away, away
That you can SELL.

re: BWW: A View from an Outsider

Never give anything away? Well darn, I give (almost) everything away that I can...well, only until I'm close enough to grab people by their balls and make 'em pay...

Anyway, back to the thread - I'm very insulted I wasn't mentioned. Also, Boobs should have been mentioned. Because this means we aren't in cliques, and OH, I think we are. Also, mominator.
Deet: Shira, I Love You!

Well, this people's got it, and this people's spreadin' it around...and that's all I have to say about that.

I wasn't included in the original list of superior people either. Maybe my superiority is so great that it cannot be described by mere words. I need a song! Is anyone willing to write one that can come close to describing the wonder that is me?

My avatar is a reminder to myself. I need lots of reminders...
