Robert has a little girl this year named Arshpreet - which to our American eyes and ears is pretty different. He usually has a very ecclectic ethnic mix, so the names are quite the display.

I worked for someone named Sunshine once. Didn't even bother to shorten it to Sunny.

I once worked on a show where the director was a man named Genesis, and the choreographer was named Serenity.
I starred in a short film called Magnetic Personality. Check it out!

My brother knew this girl named Nafateria once. And there are twins at my school named Shaquita and Shakita. I doubt they can even tell the difference when they are called.

I know a few kids with... odd names.
For instance, there's a girl in my PE class named Chiquita.
I just call her "Banana Girl."

There was a gal in a class I TA'd named Scarlett Dye. I don't think you can possibly have a name that screams "stripper" more loudly.

Not to make fun of Philadelpha schools but my neighbor works in one. There are soo many different kinds of backrounds there. Anywayz- some of the students come from African countries or other various countries.
One of the kid's name she told me was: Mohamad-wadgi-fakeer-rudin.
*It may not be spelled 100% correctly but it's pretty close*
So, I thought that was quite a bizzare name

I wonder what possesses parents to bestow first names which are rather ridiculous with surnames.
I know a James James, a William Williams (he goes by Willie), a Robert Roberts, a Rocky Rhodes (yes...Rocky is not a nickname),
a Honey Bunch with a brother Brady Bunch...and a co-worker who named his son Ashley, nicknamed Ash...and their last name is Nash.

Where are we going, and why am I in this handbasket?
