People on Facebook are already freaking the f*ck out if someone refers to "Her" as Bruce or "Him".
I know several transgendered people and when one came out as such last year and said she was going to transition to male and wanted everyone to refer to her as a man from now on. Well about 2 weeks later, I referred to her as "she" and and she just flipped out on me. I started screaming that you CAN NOT except people to automatically adapt to using a new pronoun, name, whatever right away. That takes time and sometimes a LOT of it. So people need to chill and calm the F down.

My understanding is that you are expected to use the pronoun associated with the appearance of the person so if he looks like Bruce Jenner then use "he" and she looks like Caitlyn Jenner then use "she".
The tough part is talking about Bruce/Caitlyn online and we don't have him/her in front of us for context. So people need to lighten up and understand that everyone is being respectful.
