I was going to go see a movie this afternoon, but it appears I have caught the cold/cough from Hell that is going around. So, I just made some soup and have decided to stay tucked in to try to head this off before it really hits!

Getting ready for my New Year's Eve game night. About 8 friends come over to play a variety of games, laugh, joke, go through some nice wine and then champagne at midnight.

Like usual, my Jewish upbringing went into overdrive and I overbought food - but better to have more than less!

Wuss!!! 55 is shorts and t-shirt weather in Seattle. We've been laughing that jS' mother turns on the heat, we have our bedroom window open. We luckily picked yesterday and today to spend in Palm Springs where it was beautiful.
Just got back to OC, and our plans for tomorrow have fallen through. REALLY looking forward to New Year's Day.
