Good morning adults! Ten more days until Soapy doesn't need a fake I.D. for this thread. *smiles like a dumbass* So what did my adults do last night. There was no drinking on my end as I had a run in with everclear a few months back that has scared me for life.

I have NEVER met Cheyenne Jackson. I have never hung out with him in his dressing room, he did not tweet me, he never bought me a beverage, and he mostly certainly didn't tickle me. . .that is all.

What a delightful day ... thank you Shira for a great start of the day. It was so great to start the new day with you, Q, and YWiW.
After we met jS' friends in Venice Beach, walked on the beach all the way to Santa Monica, saw the sunset, went to dinner to El Cholo, and now getting ready for the long drive home tomorrow. SO not ready for the rain!

El Cholo in Santa Monica, or El Cholo in Midtown area? (I am guessing Santa Monica, but you should try the original at some point!).
And, it was wonderful seeing you, your b etter half, Q and Shira today. It was a really nice way to start the year.

Alas. Well, safe drive home. Enjoy the view, and miss all traffic.
Again, it was great seeing both of you.

I took Zander and Zorra on (separate) walkabouts this morning. Zorra is so damn cute, she burrows in and then peaks her head out, and is then caught up staring at everything around her.

"The way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you have started and have never finished."
So, I looked around my house to see all the things I started and hadn't finished.
Before leaving the house this morning, I finished off a bottle of white zinfandel, a bottle of tequila, a package of Oreos, the remainder of my old Prozac prescription, the rest of the cheesecake, some Doritos, and a box of chocolates.
You have no idea how F*CKing good I feel right now

Have fun, safe travels, and leave the place in one piece when you are done.
It seems the Adults are busy being festive (or, finishing off the remnants of 2009, for better or worse) this weekend. I hope the New Year has started well for all.

Happy Sunday, adults! Christmas is put away. House is clean.
Ran out to do an errand -- not going out again!!! So cold and windy. Saw Young Victoria yesterday and loved, loved, loved it!

I'm doing much of nothing today, if I can help it.
I do have to run out for a bit...gas up the car, pick up some milk, but I think that's it. My face is still all windburned from yesterday sojourn into the city.
Somms, did you know about this? Someone posted it on Gavin Creel's newsfeed.
"Garden State Equality is having a big rally Mon Jan 4th 10:00 in front of the state house in Trenton. This is the last big push to get marriage Equality passed in New Jersey. The new governor takes office in a couple weeks and has already said he will not sign it. We need all the people we can to show up. We can't let what happened in NY happen here in NJ."

Aw....I'm sorry, cowpoke. That must have really hurt. It was manipulative and unkind to lie to you - and you live there! Does he have any explanation at all? I can't imagine having a good one. Whatever the supposed reason, you should NOT have been excluded and the lying just tops it all. That's a very low character there.

Harris, that just sucks. I wish shenanigans on him for 2010. I have not had a roommate in years, and am very thankful for that.
Just think though, 2010 has to go up from here.
