Back in SoCal - and so happy about that!

A productive trip - spent time with my sister for the first time in over three years. My mother was happy. Lot's of work to do, but the foundation for moving forward was laid.

Hope all is well with everyone! I returned home to what could be the impending death of our little Christy, which would have something of an impact on our lives. I'll have to see tomorrow what's going on with her - she spent the weekend in the doggie hospital trying to get some nutrition into her system. Apparently, she didn't respond well to her surgery - and it turns out the lump was malignant, so that could lead down a dark path all on its own.

But for now, I'm back home in my peaceful and beautiful sanctuary, with my beloved TinMan - so, all the rest of it will get sorted out as I find the time, energy and patience.
