Did not have a "bleh" morning - worked hard and settled a difficult case with good terms!

Cs leave for college soon!!!!! C20 is going early this week and C19 next week! My sister who left her boyfriend for the third time will be visiting for a week! Yikes!

Mooney - when do classes begin? Other than waiting for Gap delivery and new shoes needed we are ready for high school. College - still more finanacial aid paperwork to finish. And, these kids NEED JOBS when they get to their destinations! C20 has a 10 hour/week nanny job.

Stuck in back to school meetings all week. Brd - we have student orientation next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, then classes begin on Thursday, the 21st. We still have a lot planning work to be done before then!

This summer has flown by!

Mrs. Brd and the girls spent 15 minutes with Robin Williams on Michigan Avenue a few years ago. He was mocking and immitating the girls and their phone use! Very funny. They all fell in love with him that day!

Drying out here after yesterday's deluge. Tough commute home last night because of all the road closures. A number of neighbors had water in their basements, but we were lucky - and dry. Beautiful sunshine and mild temps today. Unfortunately, this is day 3 of marathon meetings.

Mrs. Brd was on the phone with her mother last night and she did not mention the rain! Maybe too much scotch!

Gorgeous weather here. Girls are starting to pack. I need to prepare for Mrs Brd borderline depression when they both leave. Football and high school activities should keep us busy.

Y - do you get accupuncture regularly? I need to get to an osteopath for upper back pain. No need for ortho because no interest in any invasive intervention. I am hoping for PT to also help my upper back posture.

Another stellar day in Chi! One of the most lovely summers. Girls stil packing for college!

Yes, I get two treatments a month - one for general stuff, and one that focuses on knees, shoulders and back, that is more aggressive. The guy I go to is a Wizard.
