You bet! I am one month into my year of positive change! My LDL and HDL numbers were drastically turned around in two months! Blood pressure controlled. Two weeks of exercise for the first time in 10 years and at 186 lbs. this morning - possibly lowest since law school. (I did weigh 184 after surgery 10 years ago, but that was dehydration.

Morning peeps! I'm not ashamed to say it..I LOVED "Frozen" I didn't realize that Idina was the voice of the Queen. I really thought she just sang the song. What a nice surprise. Of course Josh Gad as Olaf the snowman made me giggle like a little kid through the movie. It's a must see for any of you Disney fans. I have to say that HC wasn't happy when he realized it was a Disney film (he loves his horror/suspense movies). I have to say by the end he was thoroughly surprised how much he enjoyed it. He loved Olaf and the Sven the reindeer.

Completely, but I'm trying to remember it could always be worse. I still would rather be cold than have a heat wave like some summers past. You can pile on blankets and clothes but can only take off so much!
I just worry about local shelters and such which are probably not used to this amount of homeless and needy. Need to look around and see if anyone needs anything. Drop of food or something.

'Morning! Our expected "dusting" last night was more than expected and we have a 2-hour delay for schools today. I think the government had a 2-hour delay as well. the good news was that the snow is dry and powdery. You can brush it off, rather than shovel and scrape.My mom is stuck inside her home on the gulf coast of Mississippi, due to continuing ice storms. Their area has no salt or sand trucks so everything is shut down and everyone is staying put. Looks like the cold front has spread far and wide.
When is spring????

Tinky, our church donates a lot to St. Mark's kitchen in Keansburg. They are constantly full with people who need winter coats and food. A lot of people in the area are still misplaced from Sandy. Our congregation does our best to help out there.

Boobs - I loved the movie as well - I felt it was kind of Wicked with Ice in the basic themes.
I have not bought a movie in a bit, but I will be buying Frozen - like I said, I loved it - and I thought all of the actors were great - Kristin Bell held her own when singing, which says a lot considering who she was singing with at times.
What a wonderful way to begin the day!

It was a bit slippery getting to the main highway I drive. Had about 2 - 2 1/2 by me, and as I drove North, it was just a dusting, so I was kinda pissed when I get an email from someone saying they'll be in around 10, have to shovel and clean off the car. Um, you barely got a half inch.
FYI... I hate people today.
