I've been having allergies, also. I look at it as a sign that things are thawing out and Spring is on the way!
Still struggling to wake up with the alarm. Perhaps if I went to bed earlier... My worst personal habit - I stay up too late. I think it's because I get home from the office late, then make something to eat, then have stuff to do and I'm keyed up and can't go right to sleep. I need to change my routine.
I had my windows open this morning, and was singing 'Who Will Buy' from Oliver! (to myself).
Happy day, all.

Speaking of being a responsible adult. I just ordered the St. Joseph's pastry (1 dozen) and 1 loaf of soda bread for Sunday's coffee hour. I have to call my primary doctor's office back at 10 when they're in to see if he can recommend an allergist. I can't go on like this any longer. This has been every day for 2 weeks. Hopefully my tax refund will be enough to get the carpet taken out of our bedroom and replace it with either wood or ceramic tile. That's what HC's allergist suggested to him last year. He said that carpets hold more than what the vacuum sucks up. I also need to find a new eye doctor. The one I've gone to for years does not take my new plan.

Believe it or not, even with our extended winter weather, the DC metro area has had it's first pollen appearance of the year. May that's happening in NY/NJ as well.
I'm trying to train a new person, but these sinus headaches aren't helping! I told her to look through a couple of things hoping the sinus pill I took will kick in.

Morning peeps. I love the middle of the week...lets me know the weekend is almost here. Not sure how much I'm looking forward to this one coming up though. I need to take an exam for work that I haven't really had time to study for. I seem to fall asleep during reading the material. Screw FINRA for deciding that at this stage of my life all Operations employees must take this exam. It's really just another way for them to make money. So I will take it, if I fail then I will take it again in a couple of months. It's hard at my age to learn to study again. Plus it's too much information for this old brain to retain. UGH! Saying many prayers to St. Jude. If he helps me I will do something in his name. Like name my next pet Jude. Oh okay I'll do something more too. If I had a lot of money I'd open a hospital in his name...oh wait that already is. Perhaps an animal hospital Hmmmmmmmmm

Happy Wednesday! The day is drawing to its close down here. Summer is giving its final spurts of heat before the mellow, autumnal days to come. The football season is upon us and soon it'll be cool enough for hot chocolate and scuffling through autumn leaves. Fortunately, it is not tax season. That joy is October for us.
