Another early morning evening - the funny thing is, with the new role in the company, I don't really care - I have not been this excited to get into the office in years! It is like a fresh start while keeping all of my benefits and seniority.
So, a good week, all the way around so far. And, mom is doing pretty good as well.
Tink - yes she did. It is a wee Schnauzer. I had to convince her not to name her Kizzy - I explained that some may be offended. She ended up calling her Kiki.
That is nice! Raining today. C15 home because of headache, but still my turn in carpool. 100 minutes on expressway and did not even drive to the loop. Up at 5:50 at office at 9:50.
Temp secretary is VERY smart and quick learner. I have a feeling Mouse Secretary will not be asked to return!
Okay, I think my King Herod attire is complete with all accessories now ordered. The director told me how he wanted me outfitted and I told him I think I just might have what he envisioned and he put his stamp of approval on it when I sent him a picture. I had in my mind the accessories I'd like to go with the outfit and found them on Etsy and Amazon. I can only describe it as a King Pimp. Oh how I've missed the stage!

I hung up my winter coat this morning and wore a lighter one. I have a feeling the winter coat will be coming out of the closet again next week though.

PLJ started a contest this morning, where if you call in after they announce a number they pre-picked this morning and you get through as the right numbered caller, you win $1,000. Then they'll call a friend and THAT person wins $500. On the off chance your phone rings before 10:00 today, and you don't recognize the number, pick it up. Just sayin'...
