Addy, with all of the traveling, it has been a challenge, but so far so good. I end up packing a lot of stuff.
The hardest part is working out after work - but I have an exercise bike at home and that helps.
But, still another 15 or so to go.

Tink, the water bottle holder on my treadmill also makes a great chip bowl. Why do I bother?

hahaha, I cannot talk at the moment. We go for a nice hike, and then devour an entire pizza.
While eating right is more than 1/2 of the success of weight loss and the other is a good cardio/strength training routine, even just a small amount of cardio each day goes leaps towards just general better mental health and stress reduction. Even just a steady long-ish walk every day or a consistent few times a week can do so much towards strengthening up the areas of everyday "aches and pain". You won't be changing pants sizes, but it will have a positive effect in other ways.
And i'll get off my soap box now lol.

YOU that's excellent! I have a feeling Herod maybe a little over weight, but at least he'll be jolly.
Addy, congrats to the niece. Due to no teaching jobs when I graduated I wound up in this A**hole industry. Too late to go back now.
Moony, I thought it was National bagel day today. Oh well. It was good

Mrs. Brd and I have been walking at a 13 mph pace - about 33 miles in two weeks. Great exercise and also more quality time together!
HAPPY FRIDAY! Long morning - deposition. Looking forward to the weekend. Choir party tomorrow - great mix of some of our best friends and old ladies.

Any thoughts of a weekend-long Tonys party here at Adult Central?

Morning peeps! It's a wet day in NYC. The Tonys had no surprises last night, so it was kind of uneventful. Thanks to Hugh for making it enjoyable.
Hey Hep! I was out with my other favorite Ozzies a couple of weekends ago. They're heading to Minnesota where the one will be playing Pickering in My Fair Lady.

So they're turning Finding Neverland into a musical? I love that movie! Will Jennifer Hudson be in it or is she just promoting the song?

yeah, Mr. Happy was giving me weird looks during the opening number and I had no response. Strange.
Morning! Had a bit too much fun at the BBQ on Saturday so yesterday was a lay in bed all day kinda day.
Boobs - I think Jeremy Jordan and the chick who played Mary Poppins are the leads in Finding Neverland.

It seems they haven't announced the cast yet....
Ever After (World Premiere)
May 21 – June 21, 2015
Book and Lyrics by Marcy Heisler
Music by Zina Goldrich
Directed by Kathleen Marshall
The world premiere of a sparkling new musical! Adapted from the film that starred Drew Barrymore, directed and choreographed by three-time Tony winner Kathleen Marshall, Ever After is a wondrous tale that sets the Cinderella legend straight with the “true” story of Danielle de Barbarac, beautiful and independent, friend of da Vinci, a renaissance woman for all time. Fantastically funny, hopelessly romantic, it’s the must-see musical you’ve been waiting for!

hmmm, i will research. My friend that works there was at the BBQ on Saturday too, and we were talking about Grease, their current production.
heh, so our HR director is here today (he's only in NJ a few times a month) and started talking to me about my new job and stuff, and he was like "whatever you do, don't feel bad, you are making the right decision. You should have gotten out of here years ago". lol
