I have been to probably 200 Cubs games and 50 Bears games, and tonight was my first Bulls game. I enjoyed the sport and competition, but I do not know if I would really want to go again. I love basketball, but the NBA is just odd compared to high school and college. C10 had fun and the Bulls won. (The seats were awful, LAST ROW!)

Y, are the Lakers games fun?

Morning my dears.

So I have another entertaining tale for the soap opera drama that is Tink's dating life.....
I was told last night that I do not have ability to be intimate and close with someone and that I should really seek help for this issue. Let's just say that kinda killed my mood for the rest of the date. He also went on to psychoanalyze my sarcastic bitch nature and how it is all a defense mechanism and that I am probably a very sensitive person completely in touch with my inner emotions but am afraid to let people know. I just kinda stared blankly and was like....umm, no actually I really am just that bitchy, no alterior motives! Oh and that supposedly he was under the impression we were exclusive because we have been on 3 dates in 3 months (literally one date a month)....... And this one had showed early signs of potential, oh well....off to the curb

Morning.

My life has officially been pronounced absurd.

My step-brother is in a hospital in Kansas following a failed suicide attempt. I had to find out about this second-hand, because they didn't want to tell me themselves, as I have been very vocal in the past about them not being willing to help him seek the treatment he so obviously needed.

*sigh*

Meanwhile, our beat here goes on with the arrival of our next wave of houseguests.

At some point, you just have to stand back, take a deep breath and laugh. And drink. Heavily.
